Moreover, this feature is accessible with the Basic plan (Free), conveniently located under "Tool" on the right-hand side of your dashboard.

What are the advantages of podcasting 2.0?

Podcasting 2.0 is gaining traction among podcast platforms. It's beneficial because it allows podcasters to add special tags to their RSS feeds. These tags provide extra details about the podcast, such as funding and licensing information. When added to the RSS feed, podcast players that support Podcasting 2.0 will display this information alongside the podcast. Each RSS feed is assigned a unique GUID by Hubhopper for easy identification.

Which tags are available in Hubhopper's Podcasting 2.0?

Funding: If you have a Patreon or Buy Me Coffee page where listeners can support you, you can put the link to it in your RSS feed. This makes it easier for your fans to support your podcast directly.
License: Just like music has licenses that control how it's used, with Podcasting 2.0, you get to decide how others can use your podcast. This helps protect your podcast from being used in ways you don't want.
GUID: Globally unique identification that is assigned to you by Hubhopper. It helps identify your podcast uniquely in the podcast world.
